The road from the B5067 Leaton Hall junction to the Station House junction, Bomere Heath is to be resurfaced from Tuesday 1 to Friday 11 September [2026], as part of Shropshire Council’s 2026/27 resurfacing programme.

Repairs to the Ludlow Youth Centre building, damaged in a vehicle collision in April 2025, have now been completed.
The collision damage affected essential systems including the fire alarm and electrical distribution. Their failure meant the building wasn’t safe to occupy and many of the Community & Family Hub Services provided from the building were relocated to Helena Lane Community Centre.
