Boreton Road Bridge near Condover to close for repairs
Boreton Road Bridge – which carries an unclassified road over the Cound Brook near Condover – will be closed for repairs from 27 July to 21 August [2026].
The work comprises the reconstruction of the upstream right hand masonry wing wall and parapet, together with repairs to the existing concrete parapet within the central bays on the downstream side.
To carry out the proposed work safely it will be necessary to close the bridge to vehicular traffic. The closure will be in force 24/7 -

Mill Brook Haybridge – which carries a C classified road over the River Rea near Cleobury Mortimer – will close for repairs from 10 t0 27 August [2026].
