  Ten incidents of retained firefighters not turning up to incidents were recorded by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue last year.In a report to the city and county's fire authority, firefighters failed to attend at eight incidents throughout 2016.Reasons cited included a pager not going off and a power cut.
