    A woman was rescued by firefighters after a car collided with a heavy goods vehicle in Colwick. Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to the crash, in Daleside Road East, just before 6pm today. Crews from London Road fire station left the scene shortly before 6.30pm. It is not yet known if anyone was injured in the collision.
