  The shortlist for the Estas, a customer service award for the property industry, has been published and on it are several Nottinghamshire estate and letting agents. Among with shortlisted agencies for the East Midlands region are Bairstow Eves in Carlton, Bairstow Eves in Mansfield, another Mansfield agent, Buckley Brown, and the Nottingham and West Bridgford branches of FHP Living.
