Upper Parliament Street in Nottingham has reopened after several hours of being closed. Police were concerned for a man's safety and were advising people to stay away from one of Nottingham's busiest streets while they dealt with an incident on Sunday night.Emergency services were called during the early evening to reports of a man needing assistance.Crowds gathered outside Burger King as fire officers erected a ladder in order to gain access to some scaffolding.
