    A overturned lorry is causing delays to drivers heading for the M1.The incident happened at around 1pm when the vehicle tipped over on the island near to East Midlands Airport and junction 23A of the motorway.Highways England reported that the exit slip road heading to the A42 and the A453 had to be closed as recovery works began, and would be shut until the work was completed - which is expected between 3.15pm and 3.30pm this afternoon.
