David Moore, of Whaley Bridge Close, Forest Town, Mansfield, was hauled before magistrates after he was caught dumping white bags of rubbish on Bungalow Lane, in Bilsthorpe. The 65-year-old was seen tipping the bags which contained gravel, soil and rubble as well as broken pieces of fence panel and fence posts.
