    Plans approved to turn Kenton family home into four flats despite neighbours’ objections
    Brent Council has approved plans to turn a family home in Kenton into four self-contained flats, despite objections from nearby residents.
    The application relates to 19 Northwick Avenue, Harrow, and includes a two-storey side and rear extension, a loft conversion, rear dormer, front porch and a new outbuilding in the garden.
    The four flats will include a three-bedroom home for five people, a one-bedroom flat for two people, a two-bedroom flat for three people and a studio for two people.
