    International music star Jay Sean performed in Harrow last night, appearing alongside popular London DJ and livestreamer DJ AG at an event in Harrow Weald.
    Harrow Online attended the event on Monday evening, 14 September, with our content creator heading down to PYAANO in Chantry Place, opposite Hatch End High School, to see what was happening.
    The event was held in collaboration with Brown Is Everywhere and saw Jay Sean perform in front of guests at the Harrow creative hub.

    Two seven-room HMOs on same Edgware street seek lawful status
    Applications have been submitted to confirm the lawful use of two houses on the same Edgware street as seven-room HMOs.
    The properties, at 65 and 82 Brook Avenue, are already being used as shared accommodation, according to documents uploaded to the Barnet Council website. The applicant says both have operated this way for more than a decade.
