  An 87-year-old woman has had a gold necklace she had owned for nearly 70 years stolen outside her home in Harrow.
  The incident happened on Torver Road at around 9:45am on Tuesday, 18 August, while the woman was outside tending to her roses.
  The road is located near Station Road, in between Wealdstone and Harrow Town Centre.
  Her daughter, Danni McJannett-Smith, shared details of what happened in the Harrow Online Group on Facebook to warn other residents.

• Calls to ban delivery riders without full licences from London roads

  Motorcyclists without a full licence must be banned from operating in London, ministers have been told.
  Currently, individuals are allowed to ride mopeds on a provisional licence following completion of a Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) course. The qualification, which usually takes a single day to obtain, is valid for two years and can be renewed repeatedly without any requirement to progress to a full driving test.
