    An 87-year-old woman has had a gold necklace she had owned for nearly 70 years stolen outside her home in Harrow.
    The incident happened on Torver Road at around 9:45am on Tuesday, 18 August, while the woman was outside tending to her roses.
    The road is located near Station Road, in between Wealdstone and Harrow Town Centre.

    Motorcyclists without a full licence must be banned from operating in London, ministers have been told.
    Currently, individuals are allowed to ride mopeds on a provisional licence following completion of a Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) course. The qualification, which usually takes a single day to obtain, is valid for two years and can be renewed repeatedly without any requirement to progress to a full driving test.
