    Harrow schoolgirl, 13, selected to represent England in karate
    A 13-year-old Harrow schoolgirl is preparing to represent England on the international stage after being selected for the Commonwealth Karate Championships in Glasgow.
    Sanaya Anand, a pupil at Nower Hill High School, will compete for England at the championships from 5 to 8 November 2026, facing young karate athletes from across the Commonwealth.
    The selection is a major milestone for Sanaya, who first stepped into a karate class at the age of six and has now been training for around seven years

    TfL responds after pigeons culled at Harrow-on-the-Hill station
    Transport for London has defended its approach to pigeon control after campaigners revealed that eight pigeons were culled at Harrow-on-the-Hill station and staged a protest over the use of lethal methods across the network.
    Campaigners provided Harrow Online with a job report which states that eight dead pigeons were removed following culling work at Harrow-on-the-Hill station on 24 July 2024.
