Dropbox has set its public offering share price at $21, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The price, which was above the company's previously forecast range, gives the company a valuation of $9.2 billion.Even with strong investor demand, the price wasn't enough to allow the company's valuation to match the $10 billion it was valued at in its last private funding round.
The company raised an estimated $563 million and insiders another $193 million in the offering.
