  To the surprise of no one, wrestling was not the first choice among viewers on election night. Tuesday night’s episode of SmackDown plunged in the ratings with a 0.56 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 1.921 million viewers.   – WWE has announced that Tom Phillips is joining the SmackDown announce team.
  Phillips joins Mauro Ranallo, David Otunga and JBL at the booth, giving the show a four-man booth. Phillips has been with WWE since 2012 and has announced for NXT. He will remain on the NXT announce team as well.
