– According to reports, Michael Elgin had surgery to repair his broken orbital bone, suffered back on October 10th. They used a bone graft from his hip to repair the orbital bone. Elgin flew home on October 21st, his eye is still swollen and his hip is sore. Elgin was back in the gym over the weekend and is hoping to be back in time for late December so he can work WrestleKingdom on January 4th.

As we noted earlier today, Billy Corgan took to Twitter to refute a claim made by The New York Post that a judge ruled against Corgan receiving $2.7 million back from TNA.
Corgan added that he formally requested repayment of the loan by TNA today and threatened to take what he’s owed to court and convert it to company stock or sell the options to the highest bidder.

WWE To Tape More NXT Episodes During WrestleMania Week?

WWE may be taping additional episodes of NXT during WrestleMania week. The company is considering doing an April 5th TV taping at Full Sail University in addition to all of the TV already scheduled for that week.
In addition, if WrestleMania sells out early there is discussion of a possible closed-circuit viewing event at Amway Center, with talent in attendance at the viewing.
