    Earlier this week, Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah honored the birthday of its founder—the late Robert Redford. 
    In honor of the famed actor, the Outlaw Express stayed open late, and proceeds from the $10 lift tickets went to the Sundance Nature Alliance. The resort also served one of Redford’s favorite desserts, complimentary brownie sundaes, along with a moment for remarks in memory of him around the Village firepits.

    After a prolonged closure brought by enormous snowfall totals, road access to Ski Portillo is reopening this weekend, allowing the general public to make the drive from Chile’s capital, Santiago, into the mountains.
    Ski Portillo announced the opening on social media on Friday, writing, “the border crossing will be open to all vehicles — hotel guests, skiers and day visitors alike.” Just east of Ski Portillo, the road passes into Argentina.

    A long-anticipated upgrade to the slopes at Sundance Mountain Resort, Utah, is almost here.

    Following two more bear attacks in Colorado this week, Colorado Parks & Wildlife is urging the public to stay vigilant outside and remove anything that could attract bears.
