    Police: Pellet Gun Found In Backpack Of Student At Lodi Middle School
    LODI (CBS13) — Officers say a pellet gun was found in a Lodi Middle School student’s backpack on Friday.
    The Lodi Police Department says, around 1:18 p.m., they got a report of a student who was possibly seen on campus with what looked like a gun.
    Less than five minutes later, police say the School Resource Officer had found the student and was able to search their backpack. Inside, the officer found a pellet gun.

    Stockton police say, a little after 12:30 a.m., officers tried to pull over a stolen car near El Dorado and Fremont streets.

    TURLOCK (CBS13) – Turlock Police Animal Services on Thursday said it removed 49 dogs this week from a residence that was over the legal limit of three per household.
    Animal Services said it was made aware of the animals on Tuesday and contacted the resident, who told them the dogs were believed to be strays found around the city. The resident then agreed to surrender the animals, which were removed from the property the next day.
