  VACAVILLE (CBS13) – The latest on a deadly hit-and-run investigation in Vacaville:
  1:25 p.m.
  Police say they have arrested 22-year-old Vacaville resident Miguel Gabriel-Ramirez in connection to the hit-and-run that left a motorcyclist dead.

• DWR: Oroville Dam Main Spillway Now Fully Rebuilt

  OROVILLE (CBS13) – The California Department of Water Resources is saying they’ve met their goal of having the Oroville Dam‘s main spillway rebuilt and ready for winter.
  Officials set Nov. 1 as the deadline for reconstruction work to be done at the damaged spillway.

• Suspect In Car Linked To Sacramento County Homicide Arrested After Chase In Burbank

  BURBANK (CBS13) – Authorities in Burbank have arrested a suspect in Burbank who was wanted in connection to a homicide from Sacramento County.
  The arrest was made around 7:30 a.m. after a Burbank police officer rolled up on a crash on Interstate 210 near Hubbard Street. Several cars were involved in the crash.
  While running the plates on the cars, Burbank police say one car had a license plate that matched up with one connected to a recent homicide investigation out of Sacramento County.

• $5K Reward Offered By ATF After Stockton Gun Store Burglary

  STOCKTON (CBS13) – A $5,000 reward is being offered for information after a Stockton gun shop was burglarized last week.
  According to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Genecco Gun Works along Lower Sacramento Road was hit by burglars in the early morning hours of Oct. 22. The burglars smashed through the front of the store with a car, then grabbed a bunch of guns.

• Carmichael Woman Suspected Of Embezzling $130K From PTO, Little League

  CARMICHAEL (CBS13) – A Carmichael woman has been arrested on suspicion of embezzling over $130,000 from local non-profit organizations.

  SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – An investigation is underway in south Sacramento after police say a report of an armed suspect was barricaded inside a home Tuesday night.
  The scene at Clearbrook Way near Bruceville Road was cleared Wednesday morning.
  After a thorough search a home in that area, officers determined the suspect was not there.

  ANTELOPE (CBS13) – Authorities are investigating a shooting that left a woman dead in Antelope early Wednesday morning.
  The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department says deputies responded to the 5800 block of Antelope Road just after 1:30 a.m. to investigate a report of a woman shot. A woman who had been shot was soon found at a gas station in the area.
