    Sacramento Police Investigating Double Homicide
    SACRAMENTO (CBS13)- Sacramento Police Department responded to a call of shots fired in the 5900 block of 68th Street on Sunday at 4:00 am.
    Upon arrival, police officers located two people dead.
    According to law enforcement officials, 38th to 40th street and 66th to 69th street will be closed to investigate the crime scene.

    Davis Police Picking Up Enforcement For Picnic Day
    DAVIS, Calif. (CBS13) — Davis police have created what they call “enhancement zones” to curb disruptive activity during UC Davis’ 103rd annual Picnic Day.
    Fines in some areas near campus are doubled for certain offenses including public intoxication and public urination.
    More than 50,000 are expected for the event, which is heald annually in April.
