    WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A man accused of sexually assaulting a child at a West Sacramento school is no longer being considered a suspect.
    The case against 39-year-old Rolis Wheeler was dropped after the prosecution failed to provide sufficient evidence of wrongdoing, according to a statement from the Yolo County District Attorney’s Office.

    AUBURN (CBS13) – Deputies in Placer County are investigating a burglary that happened over the weekend at an Auburn business.
    On Saturday around 4 a.m., a masked man reportedly broke into El Agave Taqueria at 1285 Grass Valley Highway and stole money. The bulk of the money was taken from the tip jar.
