  Frank Guerra, 22, faces up to ten years in prison.
  On Wednesday, Guerra pleaded no contest to kidnapping battery with serious injury and inflicting corporal injury.
  Prosecutors said Guerra abused his girlfriend between August 2015 to January of this year. Guerra’s girlfriend claimed he physically abused her by locking her in a dog crate for hours.

  The Othello Police Department says Juan Hernandez Zuniga was arrested back in November on accusations he raped a three-year-old girl. He was booked into jail but later bailed out.
  Zuniga then missed his court date back on Mach 22.
  A felony arrest warrant has now been issued for Zuniga. Investigators believe he is in California and possibly trying to get into Mexico.
