  WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Authorities say a family’s pets were killed in a fire at a West Sacramento home.
  The scene was along the 2100 block of Manchester Street. Firefighters were called to the scene just after 3 p.m. Sunday and found a heavy fire at the house. Much of the house was in flames by the time firefighters got to the house.
