(KDKA) – The generosity from the community will allow Southern Clarion County Ambulance Service to continue operating 24 hours per day.The COVID-19 pandemic had been stressing their finances and they were forced to cut back hours.However, a recent soup sale raised enough money to help them keep the lights on.They are holding another soup sale now and orders are being accepted through February 3.

  COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A 5-year-old boy playing with a loaded firearm in a Columbus apartment over the weekend was wounded in the chest when the firearm discharged, police said.
  Officers were called to the apartment at about 10:45 p.m. Saturday and found the boy had already been taken to Children’s Hospital with a gunshot wound to the upper right chest, police said.
