    CLAIRTON (KDKA) — Homicide detectives are investigating a shooting that took place on Friday night in Clairton.
    Allegheny County dispatchers were notified of a shooting just before 11:00 p.m. that happened near the intersection of 6th Avenue and Large Avenue.
    Upon arrival, first responders discovered a juvenile male who had been shot.
    The victim was taken to an area hospital and was last listed in critical condition.
    Homicide detectives are investigating.

    COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Initial claims for unemployment compensation in Ohio are continuing to rise.
    The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services oversees unemployment claims.
    The agency said Friday that 21,868 Ohioans filed claims for unemployment for the week ending Nov. 7.

    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Pitt announced Friday that 45 students have tested positive for coronavirus since Tuesday.
    Pitt’s COVID-19 Medical Response Office says there are 138 students currently in isolation. There were 110 students in isolation during the last update.

    CLEVELAND (AP/KDKA) — Two conservative operatives pleaded not guilty on Friday in Cleveland to charges of bribery and voter intimidation for organizing tens of thousands of hoax robocalls falsely warning people that information gleaned from their mail-in ballots could lead to their arrest or forced vaccination.
    Jacob Wohl, 22, of Irvine, California, and Jack Burkman, 54, of Arlington, Virginia, remain free after posting bond. Burkman is a Swissvale native.
