    In a release on Tuesday, Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levin announced there have been 383 laboratory confirmed-flu cases and one flu-associated death in the state.     The chocolate maker credits marketing safe ways to celebrate Halloween as one reason for the growth.The company also says e-commerce sales grew 80 percent last quarter.
