    B-PEP Offering Free Rides To Voters

    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Black Political Empowerment Project, also known as B-PEP, wants people to get out and vote, so they are offering free rides to voters.
    Free rides will be available this weekend, Oct. 16-17, as well as the last two weekends of the month, Oct. 24-25 and Oct. 31-Nov. 1, and on Election Day.
    B-PEP leaders say all riders and drivers need to wear masks.
    Riders should only sit in the backseat passenger side, and there is a limit of one person per car

    Lawrence Murphy, 20, turned himself in on Friday. Police issued an arrest warrant earlier this week and charged with criminal homicide and weapons violations.

    PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — The Allegheny County Health Department is reporting 149 new Coronavirus cases Friday and six new deaths.
    Of the newly reported cases, 107 are confirmed from 1,385 PCR tests and 42 are probable. 28 of those probable cases are from positive antigen tests.

    Pitt has not identified the class or the instructor.
