    The National Weather Service Pittsburgh said the warning starts at 7 p.m. on Saturday and ends Sunday at noon.

    HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) – Pennsylvania is creating the criminal offense of sexual extortion to help combat what authorities say is a growing crime targeting children.
    The legislation signed Wednesday by Gov. Tom Wolf takes effect in two months.

    PORT CLINTON, Ohio (AP) – Officials in Ohio say at least 10 animals have been killed in a barn fire at a wildlife park.
    The blaze began about 6:15 p.m. Thursday at the African Safari Wildlife Park in Port Clinton.
