    Gov. Tom Wolf Signs Anti-Child Sexual Abuse Measures Into Law
    READING, Pa. (AP/KDKA) — Pennsylvania has enacted a law to give future victims of child sexual abuse more time to sue, and to end time limits for authorities to file criminal charges.
    The legislation was signed Tuesday morning by Gov. Tom Wolf.
    Wolf also signed companion legislation to invalidate secrecy agreements that prevent child sexual abuse victims from talking to investigators.

    BURLINGTON, Ky. (CBS Local) — A Kentucky mother of seven who suffered an “internal decapitation” while riding her motorcycle recently met with the people who saved her life.
    Thomas was riding her motorcycle on Aug. 16 near her Burlington home when she missed a curve and hit two vehicles. The impact threw Thomas into a ditch and ripped off her helmet.

    CENTER TOWNSHIP (KDKA) — Authorities detained a student on the campus of Beaver County Career and Technology Center Tuesday morning after reports of a possible gun sighting.
    Police responded to Beaver County CTC on Poplar Drive in Center Township around 8 a.m.
    According to the school’s Facebook page, the weapon turned out to be an airsoft weapon, which was found in the student’s vehicle.
