The shooting happened Monday night in the 900 block of Canal Place Circle, according to the Allen County Coroner's Office.The coroner identified the victim as 61-year-old Kirk Thomas Willinger. Willinger's cause of death is from multiple gunshot wounds and his manner of death is homicide, according to the coroner.Willinger's death is the 16th homicide in Allen County for 2024.
