(WANE) -- One person is dead after a van hit a man in the road in front of his house on State Road 114 in Whitley County on Friday.The Indiana State Police said the crash happened around 6:30 PM in the 6500 block of State Road 114, which is about five miles east of North Manchester.A preliminary investigation showed Carl W.
