    BRIGHTON (CBS4) – Authorities in Adams County have an inmate who was mistakenly released Friday back in custody.
    Shannon Owens, 31, “presented himself as another inmate who was being released,” according to a statement from the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

    According to police, Aravind Elangovan, 19, went missing after he walked away from his home in the 1400 block of Harvard Street on March 31. He suffers from various mental conditions.

    Real Estate Agent Accused Of ‘Upskirting’ At Open Houses
    DENVER (CBS4) – A real estate agent is facing charges in Denver for allegedly taking pictures and videos up women’s skirts.
    The agent, Patrick Finney, 46, owns Finn Real Estate. Court documents show a woman who dated Finney found the pictures and videos in an email account they shared.

    The woman contacted authorities last month.

    Perlmutter formally announced his candidacy at a rally Sunday in Golden, Colorado, and quickly established himself as the front-runner in the Democratic primary. Colorado’s Democratic governor, John Hickenlooper, is stepping down because of term limits.
