Approximately 1,500 Club members across the country participate in the National Fine Arts program each year. Only 188 art pieces are selected to compete at the national contest level, and then 33 are selected as winners in various art mediums. Among the 33 were two members of the Boettcher Boys & Girls Club.

    A terrible first half offensive performance put the Broncos far behind the sticks and led to them being shut out at the half. Denver finished the game with a pitiful 18 rushing yards on nine carries. Behind a leaky offensive line and no run game, quarterback Trevor Siemian had a decent day, throwing for 334 yards. A Bennie Fowler drop at the goal-line and an A.J. Derby fumble ended the comeback attempt.

    NASHVILLE, Tenn. (CBS4) – Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas is tied atop the NFL for 100-yard receiving games.
    Since 2011, no other wide receiver, save former Detroit Lions wideout Calvin Johnson, has more 100-yard games than Thomas.
    In Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans, Thomas caught 10 passes for 126 yards, tying him with Johnson for 34 100-yard games since 2011.

    The cap cools the scalp to about 24 degrees Fahrenheit, reducing blood flow and keeping the chemo out of the area.

    DENVER (CBS4) – According to police in Denver, a kidnapping suspect was arrested Saturday after leading police on a chase.
    Eranda Piyasena, spokesman for the Denver Police Department, said the search for the suspect took place after he crashed a vehicle and left the scene.
    The suspect, only being identified as an adult male, allegedly rolled over a Jeep after a crash just after 8 a.m. at the intersection of 26th Avenue and Federal Boulevard.
