    DENVER (CBS4) – Students enrolled in Heritage College gathered for a community meeting on Wednesday night, one day after the for-profit college abruptly closed its doors.
    On Tuesday a notice posted to the door of the college’s campus in Lakeside read that Heritage was closed due to financial problems.
    The college operated 10 campuses across the U.S. and had 2,800 currently enrolled students when it closed, according to a U.S. Department of Education spokesperson.

    DENVER (CBS4) – A CBS4 hidden camera investigation revealed some Denver grocery store clerks selling prescription drugs without a license.
    Over a six-month period, CBS4 purchased drugs that are supposed to come from a doctor or pharmacist, but found grocery store clerks essentially prescribing drugs for customers. The practice is illegal and medical professionals say it can be terribly unsafe.
