    DENVER (AP) – Gov. John Hickenlooper has presented a $28.5 billion proposed budget for the 2017-2018 fiscal year that calls for balancing measures affecting transportation and health care spending.

    DENVER (CBS4) – A CBS4 investigation has found cars under recall, sometimes with serious safety issues, are for sale on Colorado used car lots.
    A bill before Congress would require them to be fixed before sold, but CBS4’s Rick Sallinger found out it’s all legal now so long as the recall is disclosed.

    Explosive Materials Found Inside House

    CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4) – Residents in one Castle Rock neighborhood heard two loud explosions on Halloween night as nearly 30 families were forced to evacuate.
    Police say the case started early Monday morning when two teens were arrested in downtown Castle Rock. After police had a hard time reaching one set of parents officers went to the home and found “explosive devices.”
