    DENVER (CBS4) – The victim in a deadly hit-and-run crash on Monday night has been identified as Ariel Berryman.
    Berryman, 28, died of blunt force injuries in the crash that involved four vehicles. Thecrash happened in the southbound lanes of Colorado Boulevard and Interstate 70 at approximately 6:40 p.m. Monday.

    I don’t think I realized how much I love food until I started running.

    No matter how long or far I run, I usually find myself eating like a horse when I get home. The problem is I’m not always reaching for the good stuff… cheeseburgers, chips and an ice cold beer make for a very delicious, non-nutritious post-run meal, if I say so myself.
