  DENVER (CBS4)– Xcel Energy has modified one customer’s bill when the amount due tripled after the installation of a new meter.
  Dwight Hall called CBS4 to complain after his typical $50 bill went up to $144 in one month.

  DENVER (CBS4)– A popular bagel shop will reopen later this month after a body was found inside the building where it is located.
  Rosenberg’s Bagels and Delicatessen in Five Points will reopen on Oct. 16.
  Rosenberg’s in Five Points has been closed since May 2 when crews found Shane Richardson, 29, after putting out the fire in an apartment unit above Rosenberg’s at Welton Street and 26th Avenue.

  WELD COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– A former Ault police officer accused in a deadly road rage crash has pleaded not guilty.Blair Jackson is accused in the case. The crash happened on June 1 on Highway 85 between Platteville and Gilcrest.
