    SUPERIOR, Colo. (CBS4) – A wildfire that came within 50 yards of some houses in Superior is fully contained.
    The fire broke out on Friday at 11:30 a.m. near Highway 128 and McCaslin Boulevard in Boulder County.

    OAK CREEK, Colo. (CBS4) – A traffic accident had the northern detour route around Interstate 70’s Glenwood Canyon blocked Friday afternoon.
    Both lanes of Colorado Highway 131 were stopped south of Oak Creek, which is south of Steamboat Springs, at approximately 11:30 a.m.

    CENTENNIAL, Colo. (CBS4) – Wind damaged the sign outside IKEA Thursday evening and road crews closed both directions of Interstate 25 for more than two hours as a precaution.
    There were no reports of injuries and no pieces of the sign fell onto the road, but cracks were visible on the inside sections of the large sign.
