    No one could catch Shiffrin as she used an uncharacteristic fall the day before as fuel to power her down the hill.
    Shrugging off the disappointment, Shiffrin turned in two blistering runs to win a World Cup slalom by 3.07 seconds Saturday, the largest margin of victory in the history of the women’s discipline.

    COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) – Civilians and officers injured in a shooting at Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs on Friday were taken to area hospitals.
    At least six patients were taken to the Penrose Hospital, and three others were taken to Memorial Hospital.
    Penrose Hospital is a Level 2 Trauma Center about one mile from the shooting scene. Surgeons were prepared and blood bags were on hand to give blood transfusions.
