  DENVER (AP) — A federal agency is standing behind its assertion that Colorado officials signed off on a cleanup project that led to a 3 million-gallon toxic waste spill from an inactive gold mine.
  The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation’s statement Monday was the latest twist in a dispute between state and federal agencies over what role Colorado officials had in the spill.

  DALLAS (AP) — Two men face trafficking charges after Dallas police say a 16-year-old girl they met online was raped and sent to Alabama.
  Dallas County jail records show 43-year-old Cuauhtemoc Munoz was booked Monday on charges of sexual assault of a child and trafficking of persons. Bond is $200,000.

  MORGAN COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – A man who was found dead along Interstate 76 in Morgan County has been identified but the sheriff’s office isn’t releasing his name until they can notify his next of kin.
