    BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)– It took a jury in Boulder County less than three hours on Wednesday to find two men not guilty of murder in the death of a Lafayette man.
    Nathaniel Tallman of Lafayette disappeared in January of 2014 after meeting the suspects for a marijuana deal. The 25-year-old’s body was found along a highway in Wyoming two months later.

    DENVER (CBS4)– All of the items in the now defunct Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill are going up on the auction block, even the mechanical bull.
    All the items including 40 TVs, bar stools, lighted signs, restaurant equipment and shelving are being auctioned off after the restaurant was seized for non-payment of taxes.
    According to the auction’s website, the restaurant located in Northfield Stapleton owes the City and County of Denver $70,000.
