  DENVER (CBS4)– The autopsy results on toddler who died allegedly at the hands of his mother and her boyfriend has been released.
  Javion Johnson was just 23 months old when he died. His mother and her boyfriend, Candice Lampley and Delonta Crank, have been charged with first-degree murder, child abuse resulting in death and child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury in his death.

  DENVER (AP) — Colorado lawmakers are considering having some police agencies issue citations electronically as a way to ease data collection on racial profiling.

  DENVER (AP) — Skiers stuck in Colorado highway traffic are getting a new option this winter to bypass the congestion — for a price.
  Colorado is converting a highway shoulder lane on a mountainous highway into an express lane. The 13-mile toll lane on Interstate 70 will have flexible pricing, depending on traffic, from $3 to $30.
  If approved, the $30 price tag for 13 miles of travel would make the lane one of the nation’s priciest per mile, The Denver Post reported.

(CBS4)– Police in Aurora believe two shootings on Sunday, one deadly, are related.Officers responded to a call about shots fired at the Canterra at Fitzsimons Apartments located in the 300 block of Potomac Way just after 2:30 a.m. Sunday.   NEW YORK (AP) — The Tony Awards will be held June 5 next year, but where the ceremony will be held is still up in the air.
  The 6,000-seat Radio City Music Hall has long been the preferred home for the awards because of its size and proximity to Broadway. But MSG Entertainment said it will be using Radio City for its “New York Spring Spectacular” from June 15 through Aug. 7.   AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – A man was seriously injured Monday morning after being shot in a parking lot in Aurora’s Chambers Heights neighborhood.
  The shot or shots were fired at approximately 5:38 a.m. outside a condo complex at East 13th Avenue and Sable Boulevard.

  DENVER (CBS4) – Denverites gathered by the hundreds at Observatory Park to witness Sunday’s lunar eclipse with their naked eyes and with telescopes.
  Viewing in some parts of the Denver metro area was hindered by cloud cover, but there were times at the park when the eclipse drew wows and gasps.

  DENVER (CBS4) – A traffic accident occurred at Denver International Airport Monday morning near the west terminal entrance.
  Three vehicles were involved in an accident at the terminal’s drop-off area. A pedestrian was struck when one of the cars jumped a curb and hit a barrier.

  Donny Ro’mello Romero was pronounced dead at a hospital last Monday. He was found inside a container with a cord around his neck in his Lakewood apartment. Monday would have been his third birthday.

  DENVER (CBS4) – CBS4 has learned that the victim in a deadly motorcycle accident on Santa Fe Drive on Thursday was a Denver sheriff’s deputy.
  Denver Deputy Sheriff Anthony Petranilli, 53, was off duty when the crash happened just south of C-470. He was thrown from his motorcycle after colliding with another vehicle.
