  DENVER (CBS4) – U.S. Rep. Diana DeGette has reintroduced a bill to declassify marijuana at the federal level.

• Fatal Crash Snarls Traffic On Highway 34 At I-25 During Morning Rush

  JOHNSTOWN, Colo. (CBS4) – It was a mess for drivers trying to make it onto Interstate 25 from eastbound Highway 34 Monday morning following a fatal crash.
  The wreck near the Promenade Shops east of I-25 closed the eastbound lanes during rush hour. According to Trooper Nate Reid with the Colorado State Patrol, a 1995 green Ford Ranger was westbound on Highway 34 when the driver lost control, went into the median and rolled.   DEBEQUE, Colo. (CBS4) – One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a crash involving two ATVs on Colorado’s Western Slope.
  Officials with the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office said a man in his 50s was killed in the crash, which happened on Sunday morning on private land north of the town of Debeque.
  The person who was hurt was a 19-year-old male.
  Authorities said they haven’t determined if the men were wearing helmets.

  The report was released Monday by Trust for America’s Health and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
  It said adult obesity rates rose in Kansas, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio and Utah.

  DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police are searching for four armed suspects after a robbery at a medical marijuana dispensary on Sunday.
  A sign visibly posted on the dispensary’s door warning of surveillance cameras did not deter the suspects.
  According to police, three men entered the Rino Supply Company located at 31st Avenue and Blake Street at approximately 1:45 p.m. and robbed the store. As they left fired one suspect shot into the air and then fled down an alleyway.
