    Cigarette Blamed For Fire At Auto Shop In Denver
    DENVER (CBS4) – A cigarette is to blame for a fire that tore through a Denver auto shop Sunday afternoon.
    The fire happened at Saul’s Automotive located at 2130 South Bellaire Street. A worker was draining gasoline from a vehicle into a bucket when someone lit a cigarette nearby and the worker’s pants caught on fire.
    The worker ran inside to get an extinguisher but accidentally spread the fire to the building.

    BASALT, Colo. (CBS4) – Two women from Columbus, Ohio are dead after an apparent car accident in Eagle County.
    The crash happened Saturday in the Frying Pan River near Basalt.
    The women had been on a sightseeing tour through Colorado. A cyclist spotted their SUV underwater Saturday afternoon. The women’s bodies were inside.

    Man Arrested After Fatal Shooting In Broomfield
    BROOMFIELD, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Broomfield are investigating a deadly shooting.
    Officers were called to a home in the 800 block of Lotus Way near Kohl Park on Saturday. They say Matthew Britton, 33, shot a 54-year-old man but it’s not clear how they knew each other.

    Man Dies While Hiking Near Estes Park
    ESTES PARK, Colo. (AP) – A 61-year-old man from Austin, Texas, died Saturday while hiking near Estes Park.
    The man was hiking with a friend when he collapsed about 4 miles up a trail that goes to Twin Sisters Peaks.
    The trail is on a popular route that tops out at 11,400 feet and offers stunning views of nearby Longs Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park.
    Bystanders performed CPR and tried to resuscitate the man, but they were not successful.
    The man has not been identified.
