    (SHELTON,Conn./CBS Connecticut)   –  Shelton Police have arrested a 52 year old Stratford man, accused of exposing himself to a jogger back in May along the Shelton Trails near Shelton Avenue.
    Richard Hammond has been a registered sex offender since 1998.The jogger told investigators a man ,not wearing  pants, exposed himself and ran into the woods.
