    ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) – The man caught on camera running naked down New Era Field at Sunday’s Bills game appeared in court Tuesday.
    29 year-old Tristan Lambright and his attorney, Julie Atti Rogers pleaded not guilty to all three charges including, criminal trespassing, public lewdness and exposure of a person.

    CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Cheektowaga Police say a man fired dozens rounds at the Dollar General on Union Road Tuesday afternoon.
    Cheetowaga Police rushed the store just before 3 p.m.
    “The first officers on scene encountered total chaos,” said Chief David Zack.
    A man wearing body armor and camouflage was running away, according to Chief Zack. Officers told him to stop multiple times but he refused.
    The man was later identified as 29-year-old Cheektowaga resident Travis Green.&

    A suspect is in custody.

    WASHINGTON D.C. (WIVB) — President Donald Trump declared on Tuesday that the Lake Ontario shoreline is a disaster area.

  • Fire truck involved in 2-vehicle crash in Buffalo

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A fire truck collided with another vehicle in Buffalo on Monday.
    Buffalo police say the fire truck was responding to an alarm when it collided with a Ford Escape at Bailey and E. Delavan avenues.
    The fire truck and the Escape had both been going north on Bailey when the Escape tried to turn left, resulting in the collision.

  • West Seneca town board passes amended budget, residents will see 8.6 percent tax increase

    WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) – The Town of West Seneca board passed an amended budget Monday night with a 8.6 percent tax increase.
    The town board had previously proposed a budget with a 12 percent tax increase.
    According to town councilman Eugene Hart, the 8.6 percent increase means that a resident with a home valued at $150,000 would see his or her taxes increase by $97 per year. Under the proposed 12 percent tax hike, the same resident would see his or her taxes increase by $338 per year.
