    HARRISBURG, Ark. (AP) — An Arkansas Game and Fish Commission spokesman says authorities are investigating the discovery of tigers, lions and a leopard in a barn in Arkansas.
    Spokesman Randy Zellers says that seven tigers, six lions and one leopard were discovered Saturday in Poinsett County in cages.
    Zeller says the Poinsett County Sheriff’s Department went to the scene after receiving an anonymous tip.

    ALDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) – A fatal rollover accident in Alden closed part of Route 20 for several hours Monday. The road (Broadway) is still closed from Virginia to Two Rod Road for an “undetermined” amount of time, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office says.

    CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — An 88-year-old Cheektowaga man was accused of assaulting his wife of 60 years.
    Police say Martin Turkiewicz struck his wife, Rita, 86, with a hammer on Friday night. According to authorities, it happened at the Garden Gate Health Facility on Union Rd., where Rita had been receiving treatment.
    Martin was subsequently charged with Assault and Attempted Murder. As of Monday morning, he is being held in custody without bail after pleading ‘not guilty&rsquo

    CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — An 88-year-old Cheektowaga man pleaded ‘not guilty’ to Assault in the First Degree and Attempted Murder in the Second Degree for an attack on his wife of nearly 60 years.
    Cheektowaga Police say Martin Turkiewicz struck his wife, 86-year-old Rita Turkiewicz in the head with a hammer Saturday night at the Garden Gate Healthcare Facility.
