    TOWN OF TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB)- Karen Freeland lost her husband, a musician and the father to her two daughters, almost 25 years ago in a hit and run.
    “It’s like it really just happened. It’s always just like it happened, it doesn’t go away,” she told News 4.
    30-year-old James ‘Jimbo’ Freeland was killed where the 290 and meets the 190 Aug. 22, 1992.
    He was on his motorcycle at the time. The driver who struck him has never been found.

    BURNHAM, Maine (AP) — The state medical examiner’s office says a 72-year-old Maine woman died from a heart attack after a naked trespasser jumped into bed with her during a home invasion.

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police in Buffalo are looking for help finding a missing 43-year-old woman.
    Rita Hollis is 5’7″, 170 lbs., and has short black hair.
    Due to being paralyzed on one side of her body, she walks with a limp.
    Rita was last seen at an address on Longnecker St.
    At the time, she was wearing a yellow dress with flowers and white and orange sneakers.

    NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) — A tractor-trailer driver attempted to go under one of the Grand Island bridges, and ended up striking the bridge.
    The incident happened Wednesday at 8:40 a.m. on Niagara Scenic Parkway.
    The driver, a 49-year-old from Nova Scotia, was charged with failing to obey a traffic control device and exceeding the posted bridge clearance.
    The driver said that he was not paying attention to signs, but was instead just following his GPS.

    PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A lawsuit claims a suburban Philadelphia woman got an extra topping on her Chick-fil-A sandwich: a dead rodent.
