    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore police are looking to identify what they describe as a confused woman walking down Reisterstown Road on Saturday.
    Police say they saw the woman and observed that she could not remember her name or address.
    She gave an address to a vacant home in Southeast Baltimore.

    OXON HILL, Md. (AP) — State troopers in Maryland are investigating the death of a man in a possible driving-under-the-influence crash in Prince George’s County.

    ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) – Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort has a February sentencing date on fraud charges after appearing in a Virginia courtroom in a green jail jumpsuit and a wheelchair for a post-trial hearing.
    A judge on Friday set Feb. 8 for sentencing of Manafort, who was convicted of tax and bank fraud charges.
    As expected, the judge also dismissed 10 remaining counts against Manafort that had deadlocked the jury at his trial earlier this year.

  • Five Dogs Seized After Attack On Rockville Pet Owner And Her Dog

    ROCKVILLE, Md. (WJZ) — Five dogs are seized by Animal Services after a report of an animal attack to a pet owner and her dog Friday.
    Montgomery County district one police officers and Animal Services officers responded to an animal attack in progress at around 5 p.m. Thursday in the 12700 block of Robindale Drive in Rockville, Md.
    The responding officers found a 28-year-old woman suffering from a wound to her lower left leg.

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A man is suffering a gunshot wound to the chin after what police learned was a shooting during a robbery Friday evening.
    Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Pontiac Avenue to investigate a reported shooting at around 5:51 p.m.
    When they arrived they found the man with the gunshot wound to his chin.

  • August Was Record For Cars For Port Of Baltimore

    BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A record-setting month for vehicles is broken for the Port of Baltimore in August.
    Officials say state-owned marine terminals handled just over 65,000 cars and light trucks that month.
    That number beats the previous record set back in May by more than 4,000.
    Among the nation’s ports, officials say the Port of Baltimore ranks first for handling cars and light trucks.
