    PFLUGERVILLE, Texas (KXAN) -- A wasteful treatment plant nearly 20 years in the making is one step closer to being complete.City of Pflugerville officials broke ground today at the Wilbarger Wastewater Plant after they brought the land back in 2009. The $247 million dollar plant is meant to double the amount of water the city can process.
