I say “some” because although the women we are highlighting here are fantastic and deserving of the recognition, I know firsthand that there are countless others who don’t receive laurels, but are holding the world together.

“How expensive?” tracks measurements of California’s totally unaffordable housing market.
The pain: Rent hikes outpaced pay raises in 44 of 50 big US metropolitan areas during the past four years – and in four of six metros from California in this study.

Inside the courtroom where Trump was forced to listen to Stormy Daniels
By JENNIFER PELTZ, MICHAEL R. SISAK and JAKE OFFENHARTZ
NEW YORK — Donald Trump squirmed and scowled, shook his head and muttered as Stormy Daniels described the unexpected sex she says they had nearly two decades ago, saying she remembered “trying to think of anything other than what was happening.”
It was a story Daniels has told before. This time, Trump had no choice but to sit and listen.

What will Disneyland build first in theme park expansion?
Disneyland is about to take the first step on a 40-year journey that will forever change the face of the Anaheim theme park resort now that the city has approved an expansion plan that promises new themed lands, rides, hotels, shops and restaurants.
What will Disneyland build first? An Avatar themed land? A Marvel E-ticket ride? The Arendelle Castle from the World of Frozen?
The answer is likely far less fantastical and much more practical.

    Bidenomics has been a disaster
Four years ago, then-candidate Joe Biden vowed he would be the most progressive president in American history. Four years later, with inflation having eroded the value of the American people’s savings and purchasing power, we should have taken Biden’s words as a threat, not a promise.
The fact is that leftists have little to no grasp on basic economics. If they did, they wouldn’t be leftists. Armed with the power of government, leftists like President Biden will spend without l

Friedrich Hayek tried to warn us about the ‘social justice’ left
Today marks the birthday of the great economist Friedrich Hayek. Born on this date in 1899 in Vienna, Hayek devoted his life to economic education.  Perhaps his best known work is “The Road to Serfdom,” published in 1944.
As well-summarized by Gerald O’Driscoll for the Cato Institute, Hayek’s core thesis “is that one intervention inevitably leads to another. The unintended consequences of each market intervention are economic distortions, which generate further

My YouTuber grandmother recommends this simple, inexpensive gardening tip
For those who want to grow plants but lack a yard or landscape to dig into, there are options.
For some, that might be a top-of-the-line planter or a made-to-order plant bed, but that doesn’t work for everyone. What if you, to be blunt, are looking for a cheaper option?
Try this: Head to your local store and grab a plastic tote – essentially a durable plastic container, often with handles. Then get seeds or a starter plant, and soil and you are ready to grow. Best of all, this option
